What should I do if my authentication device (mobile phone) is lost or stolen?

If your device with 2FA (two factor authentication) is lost, broken or stolen, please contact your company admin at your organisation or Steinweg Online Helpline immediately. 

Upon receipt of your request, your company admin or Steinweg Online Admin can assist you with updating the 2FA device.
