Self-Service Password Reset (SSPR) is a Steinweg Online feature that enables users to reset their passwords without contacting their company administrator or Steinweg Online Customer Service for help.
Please follow the steps below:
1. Click Forget Password:
2. Enter your registered email address
3. Click Request a reset link
4. Check your inbox for a password reset email.
5. Click 'here' or copy & paste 'the URL' provided in the email.
6. Enter the verification code sent to you via phone or email to verify your identity.
7. Click continue.
8. Reset the password.
No Email Received?
If you don't see the email in your inbox
- Check your spam/junk folder
- Make sure email address: noreply@nl.steinweg.com is not blocked or make sure all emails from this email are always delivered
- If that still does not work, try contacting your email service provider. They are most likely blocking emails from Steinweg Online from being delivered.
- The forgot password feature has been checked and confirmed to be working as expected.
