Company Administrators have the authority to reset PIN for their Users, below are the steps:
- Login in Steinweg Online Web Application, go to Setup > Users
- Click on the user that needs his/her PIN reset
- Click on Devices on the side panel opened up on the right of the screen
- Click Reset PIN
