Individual user login method/(s) are predetermined by the company administrator according to the company's business requirement. Currently, Steinweg Online offers the following login methods:
Log in using Mobile Device (to scan QR codes)
1. Open your Steinweg Online App
2. Enter your PIN
3. Select Login Web
4. Choose a Biometric ID to authenticate yourself
5. Follow the instructions on the screen to finish the login
Log in using Email and Password with One Time Passwords via SMS
1. Login using your email and password
2. Enter the One Time Password (OTP) via SMS to the user's registered mobile phone
The OTP is valid for 5 minutes.
Log in using Email and Password with One Time Passwords via Email
1. Login using your email and password
2. Enter the OTP via the registered email
The OTP is valid for 5 minutes.
